Paul Emerson

Paul Emerson has served in pastoral ministry for over fifty years. He is a graduate of Philadelphia Biblical University and has pursued additional studies at Wheaton College, Covenant Theological Seminary, and American International College. He brings many years of experience in Christian education, administration, and counseling.
Rhoda Weaver
Role: Intern

Rhoda Weaver originally hails from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, but was transplanted to Indiana a few years ago to train under and work for the Anabaptist Discipleship Center. Having been adopted physically and later adopted into the family of God, Rhoda has personally tasted the Lord’s freedom, joy, peace, and healing in her broken life and heart. This experience has given her a deep desire to walk alongside and grow with those who struggle to trust, to believe, or to forgive. She is passionate about sharing the hope the Scriptures offer with those who feel they have none.
Jessica Wenger
Role: Intern

Jess Wenger lives in the small town of Elnora, Indiana, and has a growing passion for working with young women. After graduating from the counseling apprenticeship program at Elnora Bible Institute and completing several years of on-campus mentoring, she loves walking alongside young women as they learn to navigate life and make sense of their experiences. Jess desires to see the sufficiency of Jesus profoundly impact both her own life and her generation within the church. She is a member at Truth and Grace Mennonite Church and also retains a joint membership with her childhood church, East Union Mennonite Church (OH).
Teresa Diener
Role: Mentor

Teresa Diener lives in Elnora, Indiana, and attends Truth and Grace Mennonite Church. She mentors under the supervision of the Anabaptist Discipleship Center and is also completing classes and training as part of her ongoing certification process. Teresa is committed to providing compassionate, Christ-centered care grounded in biblical truth for women struggling with relational conflict, anxiety, and spiritual growth.
Aaron Beery
Role: Counselor

Aaron Beery, originally from Sonora, California, spent most of his childhood near West Lebanon, Indiana. He completed his high school education in 2012 and subsequently enrolled at Elnora Bible Institute (EBI) in 2013. After graduating from EBI in 2015, he pursued the counseling program offered by the institute and successfully completed it in 2016.
In 2017, Aaron married his wife, Sadie, and the couple relocated to Elnora, Indiana. In 2024, he completed his Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Counseling. Aaron serves as the Executive Director and a certified biblical counselor at the Anabaptist Discipleship Center and as a teacher at EBI. Aaron is committed to providing Christ-centered, compassionate care for men struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, moral failures, and spiritual formation.
Aaron and Sadie are blessed with three children and enjoy working with both premarital and married couples.
