We carefully review all intake information, including availability, when making counselor assignments. In some cases, counselor schedules may be at full capacity. If this occurs, you will be notified and placed on a waitlist until a counselor becomes available. This is a common and normal part of the process.
  • Please note that ADC is not a 24-hour emergency care facility. If you are experiencing a crisis, contact a physician, go to a local emergency room, or call 911 when necessary.
